Please collect the names and contact information for the player's families. Be sure to have all e-mail addresses to start mailing lists for announcements related to your team. Cell phone numbers are important for last-minute game change information (TIP: ask your parents if they can receive text messages!).
All players will need a MD ID card (that has not expired). Please collect all ID cards of your team players and place them in a binder by Monday, August 16th. The binder will need to be presented at each game.
Please have all stickers removed from the players helmets and the helmet should be totally clean and white. Please put the new DSA logo stickers and stripes on the helmets.
Mark your calendars- Pictures Day is scheduled for August 27th. Times TBA. Please pass out forms to your team parents.
Each DSA family will have to help volunteer with various duties within DSA Football from chains, concession, merchandise and spotting. Once we get the game schedule you will be assigning these duties to everyone. Please understand we need everyones support to make this a great program for our players. It is up to you if you'd like to assist in date/time swapping, or make it the responsibility of the parents to swap or find a replacement for their assigned duty.
Please help support DSA Cougar Football by selling and encouraging your team families to sell these candles. Pass out packets to each players' parent. Forms need to be turned in by Sept 15th.
